We offer a standard 90-day warranty on all parts, excluding electronic items. Extended warranty options are available at an additional cost — just ask our team.

What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition, with proof of purchase. Parts that have been fitted or modified cannot be returned unless faulty. Fitted new items can be exchanged if faulty but not refunded.

Are electronic items covered by warranty?

No, electronic parts are sold as-is without warranty due to the risk of damage during installation.

Are your parts tested and cleaned?

Yes. Every part is tested, thoroughly cleaned, and photographed before being added to our stock.

Do parts come with photos?

Yes, each listed part is photographed so you can see exactly what you’re buying.

What processes do you use to ensure this?

The minute the car is dismantled, it gets pressure washed to remove and grime and dirt. Our experienced team carefully remove the parts and takes it to the photo booth where the parts get cleaned and snapped, for inspection and quality control. Any scratches and finer details will be shown. It then gets wrapped or bagged to ensure its perfect condition. We store over 50,000+ items in our newly built warehouse, protected from weather, rust and other potential factors, ensuring you receive your product in almost new condition.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
